Project Overview: Social Commerce App prototype (Reel-Based Shopping)
We are building a mobile-first social commerce platform where:
* Users shop products directly from short-form video reels
* Creators earn commissions by promoting products through videos
* Sellers manage product listings, orders, and inventory
* Admins moderate, track performance, and handle payouts

We are looking for a freelancer or a small team (frontend + backend) to build a prototype for the Customer Mobile App, Creator & Seller Web App, and Admin Panel for MVP launch.

Key Features – Customer Mobile App (Flutter or React Native)
* OTP login & onboarding (language + interest picker)
* Personalized home feed with:
* Reels from followed creators
* Stories from creators/brands
* AI-ranked product reels (based on shopping intent)
* Sponsored reel ads
* Product tag overlay in reels (price + “Add to Cart” / “Buy Now”)
* Full cart + UPI/COD checkout flow
* Order tracking & notifications
* Profile, Wishlist, Referrals, Addresses, Order History

Creator & Seller Web App
* Creators:
* Login & dashboard
* Upload reels + tag products
* Track views, clicks, commissions
* Payout request form

* Sellers:
* Upload/manage product catalog
* Receive and manage orders
* Collaborate with creators (who tagged their products)
* Track sales and commissions

Admin Panel (Web)
* Dashboard for orders, users, payouts
* Approve/reject creators or sellers
* Manage flagged reels/products
* Process commissions and payouts manually (Phase 1)
