Small problem with loading time of a button on my page.

I have a small problem with loading time of a button on one of my pages. I know the source of the issue, but I'm looking for someone who can help speed up that button. Specifically, I need someone to check the code and test the page on Google Chrome in order to identify any areas that need improvement. If necessary, my server processing power may need to be increased in order to achieve the desired level of loading speed.
