Small Business Basic Tax Filing Webapp

I'm in need of a dynamic web application that will help small businesses to fill out their tax forms - compromized by initially check Qs to the customer to sort out the irrelevant parts - and automatically submit them to the government. Here's what I'm looking for:

- **Automatic Tax Form Filling:** The key functionality of this app is the automation of tax form filling to minimize errors and save time. The user should be able to input their data, and the system will generate the appropriate tax forms.

- **Submission to Government:** The web app should also facilitate the submission of the completed forms to the relevant government authority.

- **User Registration and Login:** For security and personalization purposes, users need to be able to register and log in to the app. This feature should be secure and user-friendly.

- **Cloud Integration:** I'm also interested in cloud integration to ensure that the user's data is secure and accessible from anywhere.

- **Payment System:** The app should have a secure payment system where users can pay for the service.

The design of the web app should be clean, modern, and minimalist. It should be easy to navigate and user-friendly.

Webapp should be deployed on an existing website, preferably before August 10th.
Forms and output in norwegian language, so preferable you should understand norwegian or do the nescessary translation for yourself.
