X Site Checker -- 2

I am wanting to update and or use as a starting template for a software package with gui (have a current prototype from a previous developer) that will scrape multiple sites at regular intervals for changes with captcha protection (so will use capmonster/anticaptcha as well as proxies). It will need to automate web activity and include ability to send push notifications to slack and other platforms when changes are detected. Need an advanced/expert python programmer who has done prior advanced projects and is interested in a long term relationships for site changes and additions as well as other similar projections. Also need to have good working knowledge of gui's. Would like to see examples of prior similar work history. Needs to have fairly good English comprehension.
