Single-Page registration form using Vue.JS

I am looking for a developer to create a single-page registration form using Vue.JS.
Application Details:
I need a simple registration page with at least 10 fields. When the user submits the registration, it will post the fields to an existing API. The app will also need to show the number of users registered in a grid. It will be an intranet site.
