Simple website script in Jave Script or other language

I need website without graphic design ideally in JavaScript to fulfil below functionality:
- Main Website with buy button ( integrated payments gateways are stripe and paypal)
- Once payment is made website will create user account and sent the generated password to user email address.
Once user log in to the page he will see below forms:
Form1 - max 80 char (required)
From2- Max 1000 char (required)
Upload1 button where user can upload file max 10mb - file need to be saved on website server with name as ordernumber.extension
At he end there is submit button once is pressed data should be saved in below structure:
(Form1,Form2,Form3(if exist),FileUpload1
Once is saved submit button become inactive forever and change the name to (submitted)
In case Form3 has not been populated - next to Form3 Submit "submit" Button should appear - once is submitted nad contains 40 characters is saved as Json file with name Form3+OrderNumber.json
- There also should be the option for admin account where admin can change item price and qty available ( from 1 to 1000)
- additionally user should be able to have functionality to change the password.

Milestones will be splited in to stages and please do not offer payments and communication outside of freelancer
