Simple transaction from wallet to wallet using ether.js

Hello, I'd like to give one option to my customers to move all their balance from 1 wallet (Eth & other networks) to another one with a simple click. What is missing is only the js function behind the button. Please bid if you are able to do it now as it's kind of urgent.
