Simple Tailwind/React webpage

I require a prototype webpage using Tailwind CSS and React. Designs are attached. They show 5 views, controlled by a dropdown. Simply, the dropdown redraws the view with a different flex layout. The deliverable should be responsive as: xs: 320px (0-320); sm: 640px (321-640); md: 768px (641-768); lg: 1024px (769-1024); xl: 1280px (1025-1280); 2xl: 1536px (1281-1536)

This is a very simple webpage that I would like asap!
