UI Simple Price Quote Estimator Website

Please do not post generic messages, please let me know your approach, framework used, from script or scratch etc. I want the simpliest approach that make sense.
I have a small construction painting business I would like to have a price estimator created. Customers can select options like one or two story home, size of home, wood or concrete. Options will consist of drop-down menu, dial, whichever suits best of each option. After selecting the options, the end will show price estimate.
Each option will have a value like +100 or what ever set amount and price will add or subtract acording to what option customer chooses. This will be similar to ordering a custom PC and choosing differnt parts but a lot more simplier.
