I need a straightforward portfolio website that starts with a single, well-designed “About Me” page showcasing my professional background. The copy and visuals for that section will be supplied once the layout is in place; your job is to create a clean, responsive design, code the page, and deploy it to my domain/hosting.

Core requirements
• Modern, mobile-friendly layout built with HTML5, CSS3, and lightweight JavaScript (no heavy frameworks unless you can justify the need).
• Clear typography and space for a headshot plus a concise professional bio.
• SEO-ready structure—proper tags, meta descriptions, and fast loading.
• Easy to expand later: the codebase should make it simple to add a Project Gallery or Contact Form down the line.
