Simple MERN-based Authentication and Visitor Tracker

I need a simple website developed using the MERN stack that includes a registration form and authentication process. Furthermore, it should be able to track and store visitor activities.
Key Features:
- Registration Form: The site should have a registration form that collects Name, Email, and Phone Number.
- Authentication: Users should only be able to access certain pages post-authentication. The authentication process should be a combination of Email verification and OTP verification.
- Visitor Activity Tracking: The site should be able to track and store visitors' activities which includes pages visited and its Date and time, User location, IP address, and User device.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in MERN stack development.
- Strong understanding of authentication processes and secure data handling.
- Experience in visitor activity tracking and data storage.
- Knowledge of implementing OTP and Email verifications.
