Simple Google Web Apps Script for Googlesheets

I've developed a stock tracking tool with a number of True/False tests.

I am needing someone to write a small script in Google Apps Script that brings it into another sheet and checks if an email notification is required.

I've completed the email notification trigger and only require a script to check criteria is correct.
