Simple Google Apps Script

I've developed a stock tracking tool with a number of True/False tests. The end result is to capture the correct values and determine if a buy/sell is appropriate against the strategy with an email notification.

I have built the structure but require someone experienced in google sheets and google apps scripts to review, add, and further develop the script to completion (some parts have already been completed).
