Simple Case study Question Nextjs Typescript and Express

For Front End You can create it using Nextjs
For the backend side, Express
Create a responsive form website layout that adjusts seamlessly across various devices. (Web, Tab, Phone), and explain how would you approach designing a layout that maintains consistency and usability across different screen sizes, from desktops to smartphones?
Create a validation in each form field please create a minimal 6 field (Plus point if the validation from back end side). For example:
Name should contain the alphabet, not a number. (If it’s number show error message)
The phone number contains a number.
Etc. (you can create your field & own rules)
* Create a reusable component.
Add CSS animations to enhance user experience.
Design and create an API to provide above requirements and integrate it with the Frontend side.
Please create the next screen to show all of the form data.
Please use Git for your workspace and push your commit with well documentation. (e.g. utilize readme file)
Please deploy your website (vercel) in a free webhoster. Explain how to deploy the website in the webhoster
