Simple Arc chart using JS design

We need a JS based design(should be light weight) widget, which will be an Arch, This arc will be filled through application(Angular based), the filling has to start from the any point on the arc(location of this point is a parameter) and go towards left or right.
For experts this should be trivial task, so Experts are required.
