Show Geographic Points over Google Maps or OpenStreetMap w/ Admin

Consists of showing geographical database nodes (from MS SQL database) using Google Maps or OpenStreetMap for a specific Country. Show counting of the nodes at the first levels, zoom+ generating distribution, showing finally the nodes by Sector. When clicking over a node, the map will show a Label with the Demographics of that node. The map will filter nodes by categories or filter by general tags. The map front end must be an option to show the table nodes with filters, download CSV, sort columns, etc. The system must include an administrator to load the file with the nodes to show.
