Shopify Product Variant Enhancement

I'm seeking a Shopify expert to integrate a solution that allows 2000 variants in a single product listing.
Key Tasks:
- Implement a new API for enhanced product variant management.
- Completely remove the 'Infinite Options' tool and all related HTML / Liquid coding.
- Ensure the 'Add to Cart' button remains inactive until all options are selected.
- Confirm all chosen variants appear on the main cart page upon adding an item.
- Make sure all selected variants are correctly displayed in the side cart pop-in, with appropriate AJAX coding in both the Liquid template and the active .js file.
