I'm in need of a talented developer who can create a public Shopify plugin for my React-based chatbot. This plugin should be compatible with Shopify's stack and must be deployable to the Shopify App Store via the Partner Dashboard.

- It should also incorporate order tracking capabilities and customer feedback collection
