Shopify-Integrated Hybrid App Build -- 2

I need my current Shopify storefront packaged into a hybrid mobile app that will be accepted on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The core requirement is that the app stays in full sync with Shopify—products, inventory, pricing, shipping options and order processing must continue to run through the existing store without any manual duplication.

Key capabilities I am after:
• Push notifications for promotions, order updates and back-in-stock alerts.
• “Add to Home Screen” so users can launch the experience like a native app.
• Automatic propagation of every new or edited product the moment it appears in Shopify.

Because a hybrid approach was chosen, I am open to solutions built with React Native, Flutter or Ionic, as long as performance feels native and both stores’ submission guidelines are satisfied. I will provide the Shopify admin credentials, API keys and brand assets; you deliver the full project files, compile-ready binaries, and step-by-step publishing assistance until both listings are live.
