Shopify HTML and JavaScript Enhancements

I need a programmer with sufficient experience in Shopify platform and its programming languages to modify the code in the main-cart area. I want to change the 'continue shopping' button to an 'create account' button. When a customer completes the purchase process, they are presented with a button to continue shopping. I want to change that button to redirect the customer to the account creation page.
