Job Description:
As the Digital Systems and Shopify Developer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our Shopify stores and other digital systems to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for our customers. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in managing and enhancing various e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, Google Workspace, Google Cloud, domain administration, and other related tools. You will also collaborate with our team to integrate and manage third-party applications such as Zendesk, CRM systems, and review platforms to streamline customer interactions and enhance our overall digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update Shopify stores, including theme updates and overall site maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and manage e-commerce-related tools such as Zendesk, CRM systems, and review platforms.
Utilize your expertise in Domain Administration, Google Workspace and Google Cloud to enhance our digital operations and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital systems, ensuring minimal disruption to the online shopping experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital systems management.
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates.
Optimize website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
Lead or assist in the implementation of new e-commerce initiatives and digital projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with Shopify stores, including theme updates and maintenance.
Experience with Amazon is an advantage.
Experience with integration and Automation is an advantage
Proficiency in domain administration and DNS management.
Strong expertise in Google Workspace and Google Cloud services.
Familiarity with third-party e-commerce tools such as Zendesk, CRM systems, and review platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
