Shopify Chrome Extension Bug

We have a developed shopify chrome extension, and we need it to be fully automated. What we have now, is good for someone that is checkout a product within the shopify checkout system. The problem is when a shopify shop implements an external checkout system, that's where the automation don't continue. We need someone with chrome extension development experience that could help us out with this bug.
