Shopify Checkout - Adding a line to checkout tax

I am in need of someone who can help with added lines into SHOPIFY checkout. I need to add Excise tax under the estimated tax as a separate line. This excise tax will be a added tax base upon a Product Collection. So some items will have this excise tax and some items will not have excise tax.
