Shopify App for Shipment

I am looking for a Shopify app developer to create a custom app for shipment. The app should have the following features:

- Using Uber API https://developer.uber.com/docs/deliveries/overview
- Tracking information: The app should allow customers to track their shipments easily.
- This app will be on the shopify App Store
- A way for a store to sign up for a monthly fee
- To get paid when a customer checks out using our shipment option

Effectively the app will need to be on the shopify store where someone can easily download it. Sign up to our service it will add us as an option for delivery. You can specify your time slot you would like the item delivered. It would use the Uber Direct API to facilitate the delivery.
Tracking needs to work with the Uber Direct API

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in Shopify app development
- Experience with Uber API
- Experience with integrating shipment tracking and automatic shipping rates
- Familiarity with integrating custom carriers into a Shopify app

If possible the backend should be Laravel
