Shopify APP DEVELOPER Needed (NOT A WEBSITE)

Looking for a one-time developer to create a simple one page Shopify APP for the SHOPIFY APP STORE.
This app will only need to display a dashboard similar to Facebook's ads manager dashboard.
It should retrieve a user's data from Facebook (e.g. with their API) and then compare that data to Shopify's reporting data ("Analytics > Reports > Sessions attributed to marketing").
If the URL parameters contain the Ad Set IDs, then take the "Sessions Converted" from Shopify and place it on the dashboard, along with all of the other calculations (cost per purchase, amount spent etc) from Facebook.
All of this data, including "Ad set ID" and "Ad IDs" should be neatly displayed for users to see within the Shopify app.
Skills needed: react JS, Javascript, Polaris, Shopify App Development Experience, clear English & good communication.
