ServiceNow Solution Architect - SecOps

Participate on project teams that define, design, and develop SecOps solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on requirements gathered from various clients
Configure and code solutions for clients under the guidance of a Senior SecOps Consultant
Prepare documents as part of the project
Provide guidance and instruction on showing end users how to use the solution that has been built for them
Demonstrate problem-solving skills as part of designing and developing SecOps solutions


Contribute to the generation of implementation and/or task estimates as requested
Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices
Provide architecture and technical direction for design and implementation
Provide technical guidance, direction, and oversight to project team members
Lead sprints to build, review and refine use case functionality
Help define and estimate sprints for Agile projects
Organize the efforts of engineers as part of the project.


Support migration of packages to test environment and support user acceptance testing
Support migration to the production environment
Conduct training and knowledge transfer
Develop training and knowledge transfer documentation
