Service Technician Mobile App

We are looking to hire a developer to build the front-end of a new mobile application. This will be a line of business application and not on any app stores. Only Android support is required and we are open to both native and PWA applications. However, we would prefer to accomplish everything in a PWA if possible. If PWA, ideally we would use pure JavaScript or jQuery along with standard HTML/CSS. Heavy use of complex frameworks (React, etc) is not something we prefer to use. However, we are open to discussion on the best tools to accomplish our goals quickly. You will not be required to develop any back-end code as the API's are already developed and we will modify or add to those API's during the course of this project as needed. We have a 30-60 day timeframe for completing this project. Please read the attached project scope for more technical details.
