Server side rendered Candlestick Chart image via Node.js

I am looking for a skilled Node.js developer who can help me generate server side rendered candlestick chart images using cryptocurrency data.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Node.js (As this script will be ran on a server)
- Experience with chart rendering libraries/frameworks (e.g. D3.js, AnyChart)
- Ability to suggest and implement the most suitable library/framework for rendering the chart
Project Requirements:
- Generate candlestick chart images using cryptocurrency data (use OHLC data)
- Render the chart on the server side using Node.js
- Ensure the rendered images have a small resolution (less than 500x500 pixels)
- Image generation must be quicker then 0.1 seconds.
