Project Overview
We're building a private, login-only Talent Management System for internal use at a modeling and talent agency. The platform is based on the WorkScout theme (built on WP Job Manager). Final UI designs and staging access are already prepared.

Your role is to transform WorkScout into a custom Talent Hub, replacing job-board functions with a tailored system to manage talents, filters, roles, messaging, and exportable profiles. No public access or e-commerce features required.

Project Scope
1. Theme Cleanup
Disable and remove unused CPTs: Jobs, Micro-tasks, Wallet, Companies

Retain and rename “Resumes” → Talents

Clean up dashboards and menus

2. Rename & Rebrand Labels
Replace all instances of:

“Resume/Candidate” → Talent

“Employer” → Booker

Update front-end strings and menu labels (EN/GR)

3. Custom Fields (ACF Pro)
Create 6 field groups:

Measurements

Social Links

Skills & Languages

Media Uploads

Rates & Availability

Use conditional logic per category (e.g., Model, Actor, Extra, etc.)

Dual labels (e.g., “Height (cm) / Ύψος (εκ)”)

4. Front-End Forms & Roles
Use acf_form() for front-end Talent editing (no wp-admin access)

Workflow: Draft → Pending Review → Published

Custom Roles: Super Admin, Booker Admin, Booker, Viewer, Talent (via Members/User Role Editor)

Invitation-only registration (e.g., WP User Manager Invitations)

No public sign-up or registration

5. Advanced Search (FacetWP)
Set up AJAX filters and sidebar facets:

Keyword, Category (chips)

Gender, Age, Height sliders

Eye/Hair/Skin Color, Languages

Skills, Availability, Location

Fast filtering, no reload, empty-state messages

Ensure FacetWP indexing performance

6. Shortlisting & PDF Export
“Heart” button = add to shortlist

Shortlist page with reordering (1-n ranking)

Export options:

Single Talent PDF

Multi-talent shortlist PDF

PDF content: Agency logo, stats, headshot + full-body + 2–3 gallery images, optional notes

PDFs generated using mPDF via a custom mini-plugin
