Senior React.js & Kotlin Developer Needed

I'm on the lookout for a seasoned React.js developer with a solid background in Kotlin and Azure. This is a long-term project with a monthly budget of $1200, which could increase by $100 after two months if you're doing well. Additionally, there are bonuses for every ticket completed before the deadline.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- We receive tickets that need to be completed within 24 hours. If a ticket is not completed within this timeframe, it gets reassigned.
- Completion of tickets is crucial as I get compensated for each one done. It’s important to either complete the ticket in 24 hours or communicate why it will take longer.
- I do not care if more than one coder works on this project, as long as I get my ticket completed.

Typical Tasks:
- Backend development with Kotlin
- Deployment and management on Azure
