Senior MERN/NEXT Developer Needed

We're seeking an experienced Senior MERN/NEXT Stack Developer to join our project development team, working with designer and web developers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge technical leadership with hands-on development while working with modern technologies.

## Core Hours
- 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time
- Position designed to facilitate collaboration across global time zones

## Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain project using Next.js (Current project was built using the MERN stack and not completed yet.)
- Collaborate with current developers, including code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Contribute to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline maintenance
- Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices

## Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of MERN/NEXT development experience
- Expert knowledge of:
- Next.js
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle
- Strong communication skills across different time zones and cultures
- Demonstrated ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly
