Send webhook instantly when a user on Twitter tweets

I need someone who can make an efficient script that automatically sends a webhook with text when a user on Twitter tweets.
The script will also search in the text for specific keywords and if the keywords are in the tweet text, then it will send the webhook.
I need all of the fields customizable for me:
Twitter user to follow
Text to search for in the tweet (multiple)
Webhook address(s) (optional multiple webhooks)
Text in webhook
A clear example of what I am looking for is using the visual of the script made in zapier.
