Semi-finished ReactJS project

I am looking for a React JS developer to complete the remaining features of my web app. The current project is already partially finished but requires additional functionality.

Specific features that are done/missing from the current ReactJS project include:
- TrafficMiddleware: DONE -> TESTED 100% CORRECT
- AdsMiddleware: PARTIAL-DONE
- ModularAdsSystem: MISSING
- Responsive design: MISSING

Timeline:
- The completion of the missing features should be done within 2-4 weeks. Its urgent, but full time you will do in less time

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in React JS
- Familiarity with responsive design principles
- Test all the components
- Use fake API data, we will make an adapter
