I'm seeking a swift and efficient partner to assist with the customization and integration of the QuickFMS software. The project involves several modules, with the highest priority being the Space Management module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize QuickFMS to fit our specific needs
- Seamlessly integrate QuickFMS with our existing systems
- Implement various QuickFMS modules including Asset Management, Maintenance Management, Property Management, HelpDesk and several others
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in QuickFMS software
- Strong background in facility management software
- Excellent skills in system integration
- Prior experience in software customization
- Proficient in conducting user training

Scope of Work:
Assist in implementing core QuickFMS modules (Workspace Management, Asset Management, Booking Systems, etc.)
Customize modules to suit organizational workflows
Integration with existing infrastructure (Azure, Microsoft ecosystem)
Conduct training & documentation
Ongoing support and optimization
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience with QuickFMS product implementations
✅ Strong understanding of facilities and workspace management solutions
✅ Ability to work in alignment with internal IT teams and stakeholders
✅ Experience with enterprise-grade integrations (e.g., Azure AD, Power Platform, etc.)
✅ Timely delivery and proactive communication
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform
Experience with AI-based facility management enhancements
References from previous QuickFMS implementations
Engagement Type:
Project-based with potential for long-term support
Remote work is acceptable with periodic check-ins
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Remote / Hybrid (India preferred but open to global experts)
