Script for retrieve data from Google Places

I am creating an online chat service that allows a person to chat with a company even if the company does not know the person, so only Consumer to Business, for example. we call it CHATTO.
I would need from you 2 scripts (A and B) that performs only some preliminary operations for the search and one for the registration, as I explain below:
FOR THE RESEARCH:
SCRIPT A) There are special cases to take into consideration:
Case 1) NIKE company is registered on CHATTO and when Mr. Jackson wants to chat with NIke, he searches for Nike in the App and finds her and then sends him messages and they start the conversation with an employee,
Case 2) NIKE company is not registered on CHATTO and therefore when Mr. Jackson searches for NIKE he does not find it and right here I need you, I would like you to be able to create a script that can search for the company you are looking for (in this example NIKE ) on Google Maps (I don't know if you have to use Google Places api).
When your script has to show the user a list of companies that are as precise as possible to those he is looking for in a certain precise location, eg. I am looking for Nike newyork your script shows: Nike enterprice adress 1 NewYork, Nike store adress 1 NewYork, Nike store adress 2 NewYork, etc ... but it must only show results that have an "email" in the profile (I will need it later to send them a message)
When the user selects a choice, your script must pass the email to my application so that I can tell my user "the company you are looking for is not yet on CHATTO, we will send an email to invite them to CHATTO so you can start a conversation with her after she signs up to the site. "
So your script, first searches on Google Maps for the companies (with email) that the user has requested, and then, after the user has chosen from a drop-down menu, your script then switches to my program: Email Company (the most important and mandatory one because I have to send him an email), Company-ID, Company Name, Company Email, Company Address, Longitude and latitude on Maps and all possible data present. If it finds "no" Company with email your script will show a message, for example: "we're sorry the company you are looking for is not on Google or has not entered its email on Google Map".
FOR NEW ACCOUNT REGISTRATION:
SCRIPT B) User wants to register on CHATTO and to do so he must be present on Google Maps (one of my conditions). So my program must initially show, to the user who wants to subscribe, a simple similar search field (like the previous one) where the user can write the company name and location, the script (the one you have to create) must show a list of found companies, and so he can select his company, and your script must pass the associated email on Google Maps back to my application so that I can send an email to the company (via Email found by your script ) with a control code that certifies its ownership and can allow the user to continue using that email and completing the profile with the other data.
GENERAL RULES
In the search field, the script must show results after typing at least 4 letters with the company name and if the user adds address and location the script must update the results showing the correct companies in the drop-down menu.
The system must search for all the companies in the world present on Google Maps / Places without limitation of place.
Since I program in Classic Asp I must be able to use the data received from your script in some way, you see how, via POST or GET for example, and the script must be able to be easily integrated into my ASP page, excellent for example if the Javascript.
