Scratch Platform Extensions & UI Customization

I'm looking for a freelancer experienced in React.js to develop face detection and gesture recognition extensions for the Scratch platform. The project includes:
- Implementing both face detection and gesture recognition extensions
- Recognizing facial expressions, face counts, and full body gestures
- Adding new interactive components to the Scratch UI
- Integrating the Scratch Jr platform with Scratch 3, need an option to switch between horizontal blocks and vertical blocks.
Please only bid if you have a strong understanding of React.js and experience with the Scratch platform.
