School Accounting system + whatsapp api chatbot for parents to request statements

The app should include students admission interface that adds and removes students into the database.
Accounts interface can manage payments and debt registration (Data entry)
The database should contain parents phone numbers for them to be able to access the database through a Whatsapp API chatbot.

The web app should allow accounts department to enter student payments, date and update their status to paid or owing. \parents should be able to view this information on whatsapp chatbot and also get a pdf of the financial statement upon request
