Save a tree using JS in R Shiny environment

Write JS code inside an R Shiny environment to allow for the saving, retrieval (uploading), and renaming of hierarchy tree nodes. See attached PDF document for complete description and examples. See attached text file for R Shiny base code with embedded JS. This is a simple example to help teach me a bit about JS. I know R/Shiny but not much about JS so clear compartmentalization and explanations are very important. This requires the Developer to have some R programming and Shiny familiarity. Note that this should not be a learning exercise for the Developer - with the right skills it can be turned around quickly at a reasonable price.
