SaaS - Blend of Monday.com & Teams

In early phases to design and develop a SaaS product for Project Management (end-end) from one single platform. It would have flavours of Microsoft Teams and Monday.com.
End goal is to remove the complexity of Project Management from various systems and to automate various touch points.
e.g., Automate:
• Project Setup
• Project folder setup
• SoW Template creation
• Review & sign-off
• Project schedule creation (similar to Monday.com)
• Project report generation
• Various format
• Invoicing
• Automate project closure
• Resource booking request & booking
Some integrated modules:
• Resource planner
• Time sheeting
• Collaboration
• Invoicing
• Community of HUB for knowledge sharing. etc
Key things to consider:
• SaaS product should be developed keeping the future in mind
• UX & UI should be on the forefront
• Product should be very flexible with integration with other platforms
• API compatible (both ways)
• Allow SharePoint integration
• Product should allow for user customization
• Develop solution allowing machine learning
• Allow data to be downloaded, excel, word format. Etc
• Allow community sharing of template, learnings, etc
• SaaS security practices to be embedded
