SQL integration via API to JSReport for PDF output
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Develop integration and software methods for creating a loosely coupled connection between a DNN instance (formerly DotNetNuke) (SQL database) to PDF output via JSReport.net cloud-based services. Finished reports will be temporarily stored (most likely at JSReports) and then picked up by an API call from DNN. Report data can be supplied in JSON format. The DNN instance contains necessary API tools to connect to JSReport and push data payloads, as well as connect to and download reports.
The primary requirement here is to build the DNN-JSReport connection and create working PDF output in JSReport. Elements such as CSS styling and formatting are great if you can do them, although I can handle that aspect as needed. The general plan is to build a SQL table containing the output required for a report, push it to JSReport, and pull back the finished PDF.
Report elements will contain:
• Cover page
o The cover page and perhaps internal pages may contain a few images (jpg, png, etc.) to be placed at specific locations in the page, with specific sizes (they are customer logos typically)
• Table of Contents
• Other merged (or constructed via ReportJS) PDF documents
• Headers, Footers and Page numbering
• The reports will contain several sections
o Each section will begin on a new page
o Each section will contain one or more ChartJS based chart to be constructed on the fly based on JSON data. The Chart layout and code is done, and will be given to you to be incorporated in the page
o Each
• A sample mockup of the report along with basic specifications is attached as an uploaded file.

• I have established an account with JSReports, credentials will be supplied to you upon commencement.
• You will be given sufficient privileges to do necessary work within DNN/SQL and the API application.
