SCORM 1.2 Integration for Custom LMS -- 2

I need an expert to implement SCORM 1.2 on my custom Learning Management System (LMS). This LMS currently supports user authentication, course management, and reporting & analytics.
Key Requirements:
SCORM 1.2 Implementation: The primary goal of this project is to integrate SCORM 1.2 into the LMS. This includes the ability to load SCORM-compliant courses, manage content packaging, track learner progress, handle session data (completion status, scores, time tracking), and report SCORM-specific data.
Tracking and Reporting: The integration must enable accurate tracking of user interactions with SCORM content, including progress and completion status, scores, and resume functionality. The LMS should be able to report this data to the existing analytics and reporting system.
LMS Compatibility: The solution should work seamlessly with the existing LMS features, such as user authentication and course management. The SCORM integration should also align with the LMS's current structure and workflows.
Experience:
Prior experience in implementing SCORM 1.2 or similar standards (e.g., SCORM 2004 or xAPI) within a custom-built LMS is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of SCORM standards, including course packaging, data transmission, and error handling.
Familiarity with integrating SCORM APIs (e.g., Pipwerks SCORM wrapper) into modern web applications, preferably using React.js.
Knowledge:
Understanding of user authentication workflows and their interaction with SCORM data reporting.
Experience with course management systems, ensuring that SCORM content integrates smoothly with existing course management features.
