Running Pace Calculator Web App

I need a skilled JavaScript developer to create a web application that serves as a Running Pace calculator. This will be a free-to-use site, meaning it won't require any payment gateway or complex user authentication systems.
I am looking to build a web application for my running coaching business. This is an online pace percentage calculator. This will allow users to workout for themselves, the paces they should aim for in their run.
I have the open source code ready - I just need someone to create it for me. The open source is available on the website ‘Github’
For example, if their target marathon pace was 5:00min/km, I would programme a workout that is 10km at 105% of 5:00min/km. The application would be required to tell the the pace to do the workout at.
