Run .ts video link on the site

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me run a .ts video link on my website. I already have the link available. The project needs to be completed within 1-3 days. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in web development and be proficient in using JWPlayer. or hls.js
I'll provide that link ends up with a .ts file type, I need a freelancer who has done this type of work previously, there is an hsl.js library responsible for that https://github.com/video-dev/hls.js/ and here's the video for the idea about desktop using VLC but now, I need that in my site, the same idea, so after that, I can develop a Plugin based on it.
