Ruby On Rails fix issue with ActionCable -- 2

Ruby On Rails Expert Required
Error : ActionCable is not found or not working , we see errors in browser console, looks like it is only JavaScript side issue, but need to check, things are already developed but somehow it stop working
here is the line which show error in browser console,
