Ruby Custom Tools for SketchUp

I am in need of an experienced SketchUp developer who is proficient in creating custom tools using Ruby. The object of this project is to generate a Ruby tool that can automate and simplify tasks within SketchUp. A firm understanding of SketchUp and Ruby is essential for this project.
-The custom tool will primarily be utilised for applying specific transformations within the program.
-Specifically, the tool needs to be capable of scaling objects within SketchUp.
Experience in manipulating objects and geometry in SketchUp using Ruby will be highly beneficial. A deep understanding of how scaling works in 3D design is also desired. I look forward to working with someone who can help enhance my SketchUp functionality with their custom Ruby tools.
