UI Revamp with React.js

I'm seeking a React.js expert to revamp the UI of my system.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with React.js is a must
- Capability to modify UI elements: Colors, Fonts, Layout, and Components
- Able to create the new UI without existing design files or wireframes
