Reusable, localizable input component for Angular 13

I need a reusable number entry component for Angular 13. I have already an reusable text entry component, and it should be developed in a similar way. Localization should be possible (e.g., german numbers use , instead of . as decimal separator). Will provide my existing textbox code on demand.
