Responsive web app with user profiles for simple project recording and sharing

Hello!
I'm trying to just build a very simple web app that is responsive enough for mobile devices too and at some point utilises Blockchain. Preferably the Cardano network.
It has a few small pieces of data input outside of the standard user sign up process. I call these "Sessions"
For example:
• Song title
• Writers (could be a username or a writer number) Therefore needs a search feature to add people to the project.
• Song key
• Lyrics
• Upload Image
• File upload/share/Request
• QR code per session
• Calculation to divide 100% by how many writers/producers are in the room
• Chat function to discuss the specific project between writers after the session
The records will be editable, new writers can be added, lyrics can be changed etc) until all parties have agreed the terms. It's then LOCKED and uploaded/minted as an NFT on a blockchain.
I would like to work WITH you on the design side. Right now, I'm just looking for something super simple so I will probably just use a predesigned template. Similar to the example attached.
Lastly, I don't know how much something like this would cost because I have only had minimal experience with this.
Please SEND ME YOUR BEST ESTIMATE AND WORK THAT SHOWS ME YOU UNDERSTAND THIS PROJECT.
I have tried here a few times in the past but nothing really goes anywhere because the developers have no relevant experience or don't understand what I'm asking for.
