Responsive Webapplication with grafic elements
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I want a responsive web application which runs on pc and mobile devices.
The main feature is a grafic component, like a vertical scrollbar. A user can set two values from 0 to 100.
It should be possible to add this grafic component multiple times. Every item should have it's own title.
The user should be able to add new ones or delete some.
It should also be possible to send the same page with all created elements to different users or they open an url with a code so a group of people can see the same elements.
Every user can set the elements on its own. The creator can stop the edit and display the result.
Result means that an average of the value of all people which "voted" is displayed.
This web application should work on common web browsers. It should look fancy and work well on mobile devices.
It should run on a php webserver and use a MySQL Database.
it should be possible to translate the page in multiple languages.
