Responsive Like Button Script with Database

I'm in need of a skilled developer who can create a responsive 'like' button script. It needs to have the following features:

- A responsive design framework similar to Bootstrap, to ensure the application adjusts well to different screen sizes
- Individual 'like' buttons for each item on a page
- Functionality to store the 'likes' in a SQL database
- I need to be able to fit all in Bootstrap Studio 5 for my website

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design frameworks, preferably Bootstrap
- Knowledge of SQL databases and how to interact with them from JavaScript
- Ability to implement like button functionality for individual items on a page
